Liz Burney is a seasoned veteran in the financial world.  She is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall and NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance.   Prior to joining DCPA, she worked ten years with fixed income, domestic and international equities with Sanford Bernstein, HSBC Asset Management and Fisher, Francis, Trees & Watts.  In addition to her valuable contribution to Consolidated Portfolio Review, her breadth of experience makes her highly qualified to support the Structured Capital Designs financial planning process.
