Brett graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a BA in Political Science. Prior to joining DCPA, he managed a team of ten traders on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. He worked twelve years in listed equities with W&D Securities, JJ Dalasandro Inc., Legg Mason Wood Walker, and Stifel Nicolaus Capital Markets.  He began his trading career in custumer servive before gravitating to operations and compliance. He will be doing compliance with DCPA in addition to handling any questions concerning 401k plans.
